Assistant Vice President - Wealth Competitive Benchmarking
Business: Wealth & Premier Solutions
Principal Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive competitive benchmarking and market scanning to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and deliver monthly competitor watch reports, focusing on key industry propositions and competitor strategies.
- Employ advanced data analytics tools to scan and interpret key market trends, providing foresight into emerging opportunities and threats.
- Evaluate competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to inform strategic decision-making.
- Summarize key publications, including external reports to support informed strategic decision-making for propositions.
- Develop and maintain benchmarking reports that highlight our competitive strengths and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure visibility and alignment of insights with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate competitive insights into product development and marketing strategies.
- Engage in global research on key customer insights and wealth management trends across industry and summarise for senior management consumption.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in wealth management or management consulting with a focus on competitive analysis and market insights.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise summaries.
- CFA certification or accountancy background preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a proactive and self-sufficient approach.
- Experience with emerging trends in the Wealth market and global research.
- Post - degree level education or knowledge in wealth investment products. Familiarity with Artifical Intelligence tools and their application in market analysis
- Practical experience working alongside global product/business management teams.
- Strict deadline management with project management discipline.
- Ability to work independently and manage business as usual tasks while also progressing elements of various projects.
