Job Description

  • Assistant Vice President/Vice President - OTC Operations We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President/Vice President to lead our Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash application, cash collection, cash flow management, and order management processes
  • The role will also involve direct sales and off-market property management
  • Location Bangalore Responsibilities Lead the OTC teams to ensure efficient and effective cash application, cash collection, and cash flow management processes
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve order management, direct sales, and off-market property management processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OTC processes with other business functions
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in cash flow management and order management processes
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in OTC operations
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals to ensure high levels of performance and productivity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in OTC operations, with a focus on cash application, cash collection, and cash flow management
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements in OTC operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of order management, direct sales, and off-market property management processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
