AVP - Treasury Mid Office

We are seeking an experienced Treasury professional to manage the Mid and Back Office functions within the Treasury department. This role will be responsible for overseeing fund-raising operations, regulatory compliance, ALM monitoring, and inter-departmental coordination to ensure efficient treasury functioning in line with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the

   mid and back office operations

   of the Treasury function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all treasury transactions and controls.
2. Manage fund-raising activities through

   Commercial Papers (CPs)

   ,

   Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)

   , and

   bank facilities

   such as OD, WCDL, and BGs.
3. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including

   mutual funds, banks, debenture trustees, rating agencies, RTAs, depositories, stock exchanges

   , and auditors.
4. Monitor

   Asset-Liability Management (ALM)

   ,

   Structural Liquidity Statement (SLS)

   , and

   Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR)

   to ensure adherence to internal limits and regulatory norms.
5. Drive and monitor the

   Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)

   mechanism—allocating cost of funds to business units and explaining variances to senior management.
6. Anchor the

   ALCO process

   —prepare materials, suggest strategic recommendations, and implement policy-level changes.
7. Ensure strict adherence to

   regulatory guidelines

   (RBI, SEBI, exchanges, etc.) and internal treasury policies.
8. Conduct

   covenant monitoring

   —track and report both financial and non-financial covenants across borrowings.
9. Identify and execute

   process improvement and automation

   initiatives—develop dashboards, automate reports, and implement systems for enhanced treasury visibility and control.

Qualification : CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent professional qualification
