Job Description: As an AVP-Sales at our Coimbatore office, your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and overseeing sales operations. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring the sales team, driving business development efforts, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure the achievement of organizational sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies - Manage key accounts and oversee sales operations - Lead and mentor the sales team - Drive business development efforts - Maintain strong relationships with clients Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations - Strong skills in Account Management and developing long-term client relationships - Expertise in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities - Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities - Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Ownership of a 4-wheeler and a valid license, willing to travel extensively - Experience in the education or ed-tech sector is advantageous Please note that immediate joiners who can reliably commute or relocate to Coimbatore are encouraged to apply for this full-time on-site role.
