Role Description

This full-time, on-site Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Sales position is based in Vijayawada, India. The AVP-Sales will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and fostering business relationships to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include overseeing client accounts, managing performance metrics, identifying new business opportunities, and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong expertise in Sales Management, including team leadership and performance monitoring.
• Experience in Sales Operations, ensuring seamless processes and efficiency in execution.
• Skills in Account Management, fostering long-term client relationships and client retention.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and devise effective strategies to enhance business growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Should own car & valid license and willing to travel extensively across regions.
• Experience working in education or technology sectors is advantageous.
