Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sales, based in Hyderabad. The AVP-Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving business development initiatives, and overseeing sales operations. Daily tasks include account management, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership abilities and the capability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Proficiency in Account Management and Sales Operations
• Strong skills in Business Development
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in the education or skill development sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Should own car and valid driving license
