AVP Insights (Client focused Research & Analytics)

As an experienced Insights Head, your primary responsibility is to lead client engagement by designing strategic research initiatives, diagnosing business challenges, and delivering actionable insights. Your role involves understanding client needs, creating research strategies, conducting data analysis, developing consumer segmentations, and compiling comprehensive reports and presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges, market dynamics, and research objectives. - Design customized research strategies and methodologies to effectively address client issues. - Oversee rigorous data analysis, identify key trends, create consumer segmentations, and compile insights into clear reports, dashboards, and presentations. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to interpret data, validate findings, and recommend strategic actions. - Stay updated on industry trends, research innovations, and data analytics tools. - Ensure quality control, accuracy, and relevance of insights delivered to clients. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and research specialists. Qualifications: - Extensive experience in consumer research, insights, and analytics with a client-facing role preferred. - Proficiency in designing research frameworks and methodologies aligned with client needs. - Advanced knowledge of data analysis, statistical tools, and visualization. - Strong expertise in consumer segmentation, behavioral analysis, and market research. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations. - MBA with 7+ years of experience in Market Research. Preferred Skills: - Experience with digital, social, or omni-channel data. - Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
