About the Role As a Digital Solution Designer at Divami, you will have the chance to analyze business requirements and user needs to design solutions that captivate, inspire, and solve complex problems. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and user needs to design comprehensive digital solutions that solve complex problems. Design & create end-to-end user journeys & responsive solutions and service blueprints that optimize user experience across multiple touchpoints and that work seamlessly across desktop, tablets and mobile. Understand how different digital touchpoints, platforms, and technologies interconnect to create cohesive user experiences across multiple channels and devices. Conduct user research including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design decisions. Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and design requirements that drive solution development. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and validate solutions. Work closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment. Collaborate with UX researchers to integrate user insights into comprehensive digital solutions. Partner with visual designers and developers to ensure cohesive implementation of digital solutions. Develop deep understanding of how various digital systems, platforms, and technologies work together. Design solutions that consider technical constraints, platform capabilities, and integration requirements. Create scalable design frameworks that can adapt to evolving digital landscapes. Test and validate digital solutions through user feedback, usability testing, and performance analysis. Iterate on solutions based on user insights, technical constraints, and business requirements. Monitor and optimize digital solutions post-launch to ensure continued effectiveness. Requirements & Key Skills 4-6 years of experience in digital design, UX/UI design, solution architecture, or related fields, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create comprehensive digital solutions. Strong ability to design holistic solutions across multiple digital touchpoints and platforms. Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and behavioral analysis techniques. Solid understanding of web technologies, responsive design principles, and platform constraints. As a Security Managed Services Engineer (L1) at NTT DATA, your primary responsibility will be to provide a managed service to clients, ensuring the operational functionality of their Firewall infrastructure. Additionally, you should have a basic knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and products within the supported technical domain, as well as a working knowledge of ITIL processes.
