Role

This AVP - Engineering position is ideal for leaders passionate about building and scaling high-performance engineering teams and platforms. You will oversee both technical and people leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, secure, and impactful solutions. The role emphasizes strategic vision, operational excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering strategy for platform modernization, scalability, and resilience.
Oversee integration of third-party services and internal systems.
Own end-to-end delivery of engineering projects with measurable business impact.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure timely and quality releases.
Monitor and improve KPIs such as velocity, defect rate, and system uptime.
Mentor and grow engineering managers and senior developers.
Drive performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
Champion agile practices, DevOps culture, and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and coding standards.
Communicate goals and recognize achievements in leadership forums.

About You

Bachelor or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Experience with vendor management and cross-site team coordination.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and an effective leader.
