AVP CTO - End User Computing Engineer Intune

Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations for Windows devices.
Package, deploy, and manage applications using Intune and other modern management tools. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate deployment and configuration tasks. Monitor and troubleshoot application deployment issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end users. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams to align EUC strategies with organisational goals. Maintain compliance with corporate policies and industry standards for device and application management. Provide technical guidance and documentation for EUC processes and solutions. Participate in EUC-related projects, including OS upgrades, device refreshes, and platform migrations. Torch bearer for the team being a SME or go to person for multiple product/project. Validate and challenge the technical changes by maintaining the high standard for the delivery. Embrace new technology changes. Can develop products with little instructions, should be able to troubleshoot in case of adverse incident and should be able to dissect complex problems. Should be able to Mentor the team members, proactively look for sharing the knowledge and encourage collaboration. Can act as a project manager from ideation process, influencing decisions to delivery and proactively look for opportunities and tools to improves the process. Should be able to Manage the Engineers and lead at all levels. Should be able to clearly articulate business values to the senior stakeholders and should be able to challenge them. Understand the risk and controls around the applications. Be able to appreciate truly Agile ways of working/development using tools like Jira/Confluence. Collaborate with peers across various levels for experiential learnings. Focus on Scalability, resilience, security, quality and continuous rigour to reduce technical debt.

Knowledge & Skills (Key): Proficiency with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app deployment. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 management and application packaging (MSI, Win32, MSIX). Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting. Good knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Autopilot provisioning. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong communication and documentation abilities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (DESIRABLE):
Experience with networking and Infrastructure technologies e.g. DNS, DFS, (Azure) Active Directory Experience with troubleshooting tools e.g. perfmon, Sysinternals Suite Experience with desktop management and monitoring tools Experience with Citrix, Windows 365, or other VDI platforms.

Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Intune administrator/engineer Experience of working with global infrastructure and support teams Experience at senior level desktop support or engineering Experience supporting and troubleshooting within End User Computing Experience working in fast paced agile environments and cross functional teams
