The Assistant Vice President – Business will spearhead the institution’s growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The role demands strong expertise in core marketing, institutional sales, client relations, and business expansion. The AVP will drive revenue generation, forge new partnerships, and strengthen AIMER’s market presence.Company Overview

1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and enrollment targets.- Drive B2B and B2C initiatives with corporate, institutional, and academic partners.- Identify new business opportunities and oversee market expansion efforts.2. Marketing & Brand Development- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives to strengthen brand positioning.- Coordinate seminars, partnership events, and institutional collaborations for lead generation.- Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all promotional activities.3. Client & Partner Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong, long-term client and partner relationships.- Manage partnerships, negotiations, and collaboration agreements.- Ensure high partner satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.4. Team Leadership & Performance Management- Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development and marketing teams.- Set measurable targets and monitor performance through structured reviews.- Encourage accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.5. Strategic Planning & Reporting- Collaborate with leadership for annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.- Provide insights on market trends, competitor movements, and performance metrics.- Align business activities with the institution’s growth strategy.Key Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Sales / Management or related field.- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, or business development (education or service sector preferred).- Proven success in achieving revenue and business growth targets.- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.Preferred Skills
