AVP/ Branch Head - Corporate Car Leasing

Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Corporate Car Leasing vertical in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The Branch Head will be based in Hyderabad and will be responsible for the overall planning, business development, operations, compliance, and growth of the region. This includes managing the main branch and satellite offices, leading a cross-functional team, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the branch and satellite offices across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Drive business development initiatives to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets set by the company. Manage and optimize branch operations, ensuring adherence to internal audit, compliance, and regulatory norms. Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and grow business from existing corporate accounts. Lead a team comprising sales, operations, and back-office staff; provide guidance, performance management, and capability development. Promote cross-selling opportunities and develop innovative approaches to market the product effectively. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure prompt resolution of client issues. Manage company assets and resources efficiently. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the leasing industry, especially in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Reporting Structure: Direct Reporting: Zonal Head Based in Delhi Dotted Line Reporting: National Head Corporate Car Leasing Desired Candidate Profile: Education: MBA / CA or equivalent qualification, preferably with a focus on Business, Finance, or Marketing. Experience: 10-15 years of experience in the car leasing or equipment leasing industry. Proven track record in managing P&L, leading teams, and delivering business growth. Strong understanding of corporate client base in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Skills and Competencies: Excellent leadership and managerial skills. Strong sales acumen and strategic thinking. Deep knowledge of car leasing products and market dynamics. High level of customer service orientation and relationship management.
