Job Title : AI/ML & Data Science Roles - GenAI, ML, NLP Experts Locations : Chennai & Gurgaon/NCR Experience : 5 to 8 Years Open Positions : 9 Job Type : Full-Time | Hybrid / On-Site About The Role We are seeking skilled and motivated AI/ML professionals with a strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidates will have experience in designing, building, and deploying scalable AI/ML models and frameworks for solving real-world business problems across financial and enterprise domains. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and strategy, to develop AI solutions that create measurable impact. Key Responsibilities (may vary slightly based on role level) : Design and develop advanced ML/GenAI models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Work on Generative AI models including LLMs, Transformers, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation. Lead or contribute to end-to-end ML lifecycle : data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, modeling, deployment, and monitoring. Apply NLP, computer vision, or time series modeling techniques based on project requirements. Develop reusable AI/ML frameworks, pipelines, and APIs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI/ML intervention. Interpret model results, generate insights, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure compliance with model governance, risk management, and ethical AI practices. Preferred Qualifications (All Roles) Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ML/AI/Data Science. Proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Experience with SQL and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong understanding of ML algorithms, model evaluation metrics, and deployment strategies. Exposure to GenAI concepts including transformers, embeddings, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, etc.) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
