AV-VC Solution Architect

Implementation &* Operations *

∙Responsible for Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of AV/VC equipment’s, in an advance level mode.

∙Responsible for Installation & configuration of network & collaboration equipment, in an advance level mode.

∙Responsible for visiting the customer site for any technical calls on 8*6 basis and be available in case of any customer emergency on 24/7 basis either on phone, mail, remote or onsite if needed depending upon the criticality of the call logged by customer. ∙Implementing security measures to protect the AV/VC infrastructure from unauthorized access attacks, and vulnerabilities ∙Implementing and configuring network protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and others, to ensure proper communication between devices.

∙Ensuring proper placement and secure mounting of equipment in data centres or network closets ∙Configuring network, AV & VC devices with the appropriate settings based on the design specifications

∙Conducting thorough testing of the implemented AV/VC to ensure functionality and performance. ∙Deploying, integrating, and verifying that all configurations of AV/VC solutions align according to design specifications.

∙Coordinating with other IT teams, such as system administrators, security teams, and application developers, to ensure a seamless integration of the AV/VC with other IT components.

∙Responsible to maintain and track support helpdesk for a day-to-day technical operations of customers ∙Providing training to IT staff or end-users on any changes or new features introduced during the implementation.

∙Transferring knowledge to support teams for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting Solution Design (Presales)

∙Creating an as-built documentation that accurately reflects the deployed AV/VC infrastructure

∙Give Technical solutions to clients & prepare BOQ ∙Manage Core AV/VC pre-sales activities including preparation for RFI/RFQ/RFP, network solution design, technical clarification, POC/Demo, BOQ discussion & finalization, etc.

∙Keeping network, AV/VC diagrams, inventory, and documentation up to date.

∙Ensuring that the AV/VC infrastructure complies with industry standards and regulations. ∙Cooperate with the Presales, Technical Support and other Sales Team members on the competitive strategy, business plan and action plan.

∙To visit customers along with the sales person to understand the requirement and site survey for designing the solution.

∙Work closely with OEM for giving technical solutions to clients and make BoQ, ∙Collaborates with sales staff to identify winning themes and discriminators and incorporates these elements into the proposal.

∙Pre-sales / bid-team experience including creation of cost models, SOWs, response to RFI/RFP etc.

∙Delivering against challenging time frames either alone, or as part of a team ∙Need to be mobile and prepared for travel as and when required. ∙Help foster growth of the Pre-sales organization ∙Develop and provide technical leadership during pre-sales activities with clients (briefings, workshops, POCs, etc.)

∙Provide support directly to client sales teams for customer meetings etc.

∙Help qualify client opportunities from a technical perspective ∙Select the appropriate product and service offerings that will meet a client's business objectives

∙Team extensively across sales/presales, business and delivery ∙Interface directly with prospective and current customers to effectively promote the solution/product and identify customer requirements.

∙Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in Collaboration, AV/VC ∙Highly responsible for checking emails frequently for support calls and capture information about each call going to attend or attended.

∙Should maintain and participate in weekly, monthly review with the line manager ∙Should maintain company’s ethics and providing right information to customers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
