Job Description:

Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and support of Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) systems across the organization. This role ensures seamless and secure virtual communication by managing Cisco VC hardware, software, and integrations with collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and others.

Role

Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and support Cisco VC devices, including endpoint programming, device settings, system IPs, and related configurations.
• Maintain and update existing AV-VC programs, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Monitor, track, troubleshoot, and resolve IT/VC-related issues, ensuring minimum downtime.
• Integrate and manage video conferencing platforms (Cisco Webex, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) for enterprise-wide communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems.
• Supervise system modifications, upgrades, and patches to ensure compatibility and performance.
• Provide L2 support, escalate issues as required, and guide junior team members in resolving technical challenges.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, CRFs, and operational procedures."

Requirements -

(a) Education:

• Proven experience in managing Cisco VC devices, including server administration and IP/system configurations.
• Strong background in networking, particularly in LAN environments.
• Experience with IT infrastructure: Windows Operating Systems, printers/scanners, Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of enterprise security controls, including cybersecurity measures, antivirus, firewall policies, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in leading system modifications and guiding teams through technical challenges."

(c) Certifications:

• Certification in relevant OEM products, networking, and IT security management
  

(d) Knowledge:

• Knowledge of hardware, Networking, Windows Operating Systems, Office, printers/scanners
• Knowledge of Enterprise-wide Security including Cyber Security, Anti-Virus, Firewall, etc. is required. "

(e)Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience in video conferencing platforms such as Cisco Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco VC infrastructure, including endpoints, servers, and central server administration.
• Strong understanding of network protocols: SIP, RTP, H.323.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments and virtualization platforms.
• Proficiency with network troubleshooting tools (packet capture, Wireshark, etc.).
• Knowledge of firewall configurations, NAT, VPN, and QoS for video conferencing optimization."
