1. Function on as the technical lead for Windows and Active Directory infrastructure; provide mentorship, set task priori es, and escalate issues as needed.
2. Oversee and perform capacity planning, upgrades, and expansion of Active Directory services.
3. Participate in the analysis, design, and implement on of new and exist ng infrastructure systems.
4. Identify and remediate vulnerabilities; support internal security and audit initiatives.
5. Create and maintain detailed documental on including SOPs, architecture diagrams, and technical designs.
6. Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools and technologies to enhance system performance and security.
7. Ensure consistent communicate on with vendors, peers, and internal stakeholders for all project and operational needs.
8. Provide deep expertise in ADDS, AD LDS, Azure AD, and AD Connect troubleshoot ng and architecture.
9. Analyze and resolve replica on issues, authenticator (Kerberos/NTLM) problems, and network trace diagnose cs.
10. Manage services including DNS, DHCP, WINS, PKI, ADFS, DFSR, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
11. Administer Active Directory Certificate Services and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
12. Administer Windows Server 2019/2022 and perform lifecycle management including patching, upgrades, and migration on.
13. Support applicant on deployments, service restore on, and perform proactive health checks.
14. Maintain and operate endpoint management using ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
15. Maintain ISMS documental on and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
16. Perform Linux administrate on tasks as needed to support mixed-OS environments.
17. Utilize PowerShell scrip ng for automate on and administrative tasks.
