Experience

4 to 8 YearsLocationMumbai / HyderabadSummary: Wintel Administrator - will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Windows-based infrastructure and systems within our organization. This role will be crucial in maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of our Windows server environment.Education: BE/B. Tech/ Bachelor or equivalent degreeExperience: 4+ years of experience in Wintel administration.Certifications: MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) - Preferred

Knowledge

Manage Windows Servers – Handle tasks in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
Support Virtual Machines – Use VMware or Hyper-V to manage and troubleshoot VMs.
Follow Security Best Practices – Apply secure configurations and assist with patching.
Monitor Systems – Use tools to track system health and respond to alerts.
Use ITSM Tools – Work with ticketing systems like ServiceNow to manage incidents and requests.
Work in a Team – Collaborate with colleagues and escalate issues when needed.
Support Network & Applications – Help with basic network issues and application troubleshooting.
Assist with Cloud Platforms – Support tasks in cloud environments like Azure, GCP, or VMware.

Skills

Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
Excellent skills in conflict resolution and team motivation.
The candidate should be detail-oriented in managing technical configurations, documentation, and service delivery processes, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy in both project execution and operational support.
