Job Description

Key Responsibilities:✅ Site Diagrams & Planning Prepare detailed AV site layout diagrams using tools like AutoCAD, Visio, or hand-drawn sketches as required Conduct site surveys to collect measurements, technical requirements, and environmental factors Collaborate with design teams to finalize equipment placement and cable routing ✅ Project Execution & Supervision Supervise the installation and commissioning of AV systems (audio, video, control, networking, etc.) Assign daily tasks to AV engineers and technicians, monitor their work progress Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines Troubleshoot technical issues during installation or testing phases ✅ Team & Client Communication Act as a bridge between the client, design team, and onsite engineers Submit daily and weekly reports about work progress, materials used, and upcoming tasks Provide regular feedback to clients regarding project updates, delays, or change requests Handle team briefings and post-installation reviews ✅ Documentation & Handover Prepare As-Built Drawings, equipment lists, and connection diagrams for final submission Maintain proper records of cables, devices, and serial numbers Assist in project handover process including client training and demo ✅ Other Responsibilities Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate with logistics Ensure safety and compliance at the job site Support post-installation service visits and client support
