Job Description

Role Overview: We are hiring a Customer Support Assistant to assist in managing customer inquiries, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering excellent service. The role involves handling day-to-day customer interactions and supporting internal teams to resolve client issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy. Maintain records of client interactions and update customer databases regularly. Assist the Customer Support Executive in coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution. Provide basic product or service information and escalate complex queries as needed. Support clients in understanding our AV solutions and services. Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve processes and services. Key Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle queries patiently and efficiently. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
