Job Responsiblites

• Make outbound calls to potential customers (parents) regarding fee-related queries

• Manage inbound calls and resolve customer concerns, queries, and complaints

• Accurately record customer interactions and updates in the system

• Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction

• Assist customers in navigating and using Gurukul’s software effectively

• Provide troubleshooting support for technical issues over phone

• Submit daily progress and performance reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
