As an AV Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of audio visual, communications, and electronic systems installations and integrations. You will manage both union and non-union teams, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client communication, project goals, and schedules. - Visit project sites to assess progress and address client inquiries. - Coordinate installation dates, schedules, and logistics with clients. - Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. - Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources. - Coordinate with design teams for drawings and technical documentation. - Ensure projects comply with contract specifications and timelines. - Administer project processes through engineering, installation, and programming phases. - Report on project status through logs, updates, and meetings. - Manage changes in scope, schedule, and budget with change orders. - Handle invoicing and support accounts receivable processes. - Supervise team safety and provide necessary training. - Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure material availability. - Guide the team in completing work on time and maintaining quality standards. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in audio visual, communications, or electronic systems project management. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of project management principles and practices. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management software.
