Job Description- AV CAD Engineer As aCAD Draughtsman, you will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed CAD drawings and schematics for AV projects. You will collaborate with engineers and designers to create clear and functional designs that meet project requirements. Your role is essential in ensuring that all technical drawings are aligned with client specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for AV systems, including schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and elevations. Work closely with project engineers and managers to understand project requirements and design criteria. Develop AV system schematics, including audio, video, lighting, and control systems based on instructions provided. Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and company guidelines. Revise and update designs based on feedback from engineers, project managers, and clients. Maintain and organize CAD libraries, templates, and blocks for efficient reuse. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of AV designs with electrical, architectural, and other agencies. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to CAD drawings during the installation phase. Stay up-to-date with the latest CAD software, tools, and technologies relevant to AV design. Requirements Key Qualifications: Experience:2-4- Years of Experience in CAD. Technical Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience with Sketch-up, 3D Max and BIM (Building Information Modelling) is a plus. Detail-Oriented:Strong attention to detail with the ability to create highly accurate technical drawings. Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and with clients.

Job Summary: The AV Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing AV installation projects across a designated region/cluster. This role involves planning, coordinating, and leading on-site teams to ensure installations are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires technical expertise in AV systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Plan, schedule, and oversee AV installation projects in coordination with the Project Management team. Conduct site visits to assess installation requirements, identify potential challenges, and optimize execution plans. Ensure installations adhere to project specifications, technical drawings, and client expectations. Work closely with the Design & Engineering team to ensure alignment between design intent and on-site execution. Manage and coordinate multiple AV projects at a single point in time, ensuring smooth execution across all projects. Site & Team Management Supervise installation teams, including AV technicians and subcontractors, to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Allocate resources efficiently, monitor progress, and address on-site issues proactively. Ensure installation staff are trained on best practices, safety protocols, and technical standards. Foster a high-performance work culture, encouraging accountability and ownership within the team. Quality Assurance & Technical Compliance Verify and validate installations against approved designs, ensuring proper cable management, rack dressing, and system integration. Oversee testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of AV systems to ensure optimal performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, project managers, and vendors during installations. Provide regular status updates and site reports to the Regional Project Manager and Senior Leadership. Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of AV equipment and materials. Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed as-built documentation, installation reports, and project handover checklists. Ensure all site-related challenges and deviations from the original plan are documented and communicated to stakeholders. Provide feedback for process improvements and lessons learned for future projects. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience). 5+ years of experience in AV installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong knowledge of AV integration, system installation, and commissioning across commercial and residential environments. Experience with Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC, Biamp, Dante, and other AV technologies. Familiarity with networking concepts, IP-based AV systems, and structured cabling. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation. Budget- 8-10 LPA. Skills & Competencies: ? Strong leadership and team management skills. ?
