Spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence.
Ensure uninterrupted, high-quality operation of AV systems, aligning with evolving business needs and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with a team of AV professionals to foster operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Manage live events, townhalls, and VIP events by expertly handling audio mixers, camera controls, and multiple audio-video input matrices.
Oversee videowall solutions and AV control systems such as Crestron, Extron, QSC, NEC, Biamp, and Shure, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
Use ServiceNow for incident management, change requests, hardware asset management, and quality of service tracking.
