About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong and proactive AV Engineer to join our growing Audio-Visual integration team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV systems including displays, projectors, DSPs, amplifiers, microphones, cameras, and control systems.

This role involves working closely with the Project Manager, Design Team, and Clients to ensure smooth execution of AV installations across corporate, education, and government projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test AV equipment — including PTZ cameras, video switchers, DSPs, amplifiers, speakers, microphones, and control processors.
• Perform cable termination, signal routing, rack assembly, and device configuration.
• Support commissioning and integration of AV systems with IT networks and control systems (AMX, Crestron, Aten, etc.).
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of AV systems.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and clients during execution and testing phases.
• Maintain as-built documentation, wiring diagrams, and equipment reports.
• Ensure quality installation and adherence to safety and technical standards.
• Assist in remote diagnostics and post-installation technical support.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong understanding of AV signal flow and connectivity (HDMI, SDI, CAT6, Fiber, Audio).
• Familiar with AV protocols such as Dante, HDBaseT, RS-232, and IP-based control.
• Experience in configuring DSPs (Biamp, Xilica, Aniston Cadence AI DSP, etc.).
• Knowledge of control systems (AMX, Crestron, Extron, Aten).
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, PoE devices, routers/switches).
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and layout drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in AV system installation or integration.
• Freshers with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn may also apply.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to travel to client/project sites across India.
