Key Responsibilities: Drive sales through distributor channels and expand retail footprint. Appoint, manage, and develop distributors to achieve sales targets. Identify new market opportunities and onboard new channel partners. Conduct regular market visits, product promotions, and competitor tracking. Ensure timely order execution and collections. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in automotive lubricants distributor sales. Strong network of dealers/distributors in the assigned territory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Graduate in Business/Engineering; MBA preferred.Role & responsibilities
