Job Description: DSR (Daily Sales Representative) Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Sales Manager / Branch Head Location: Assigned Territory Employment Type: Full-Time Job Purpose To drive sales growth by acquiring new customers, achieving assigned sales and collection targets, and maintaining accurate daily sales activity reporting through the Spoors application. Key Responsibilities (KPI-Based) 1. Sales Identify and seek new clients within the assigned territory. Promote company products/services and generate new business opportunities. Achieve assigned sales targets, measured on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Prepare and submit price quotations as per company guidelines. Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. 2. Collection Collect outstanding payments from customers as per committed collection targets. Ensure timely follow-up on dues and reduce overdue receivables. Submit collections promptly with proper documentation and acknowledgements. Coordinate with accounts and management on payment discrepancies, if any. 3. Reports & Sales Activity Tracking Record every sales visit accurately in the Spoors application on a daily basis. Update customer interactions, order status, and follow-up actions in the system. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection reports to the reporting manager. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales data entered. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of sales targets Number of new customers acquired Collection efficiency against committed targets Timely and accurate Spoors reporting Customer visit coverage and follow-up effectiveness Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and negotiation skills Field sales and customer acquisition ability Basic knowledge of MS Excel / mobile reporting apps Discipline in daily reporting and follow-ups Ability to work independently in the field Preferred Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred 1–3 years of experience in field sales / DSR role Experience using Spoors or similar sales tracking apps is an advantage Valid two-wheeler license preferred Compensation & Benefits Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Travel allowance / fuel reimbursement (as applicable) Career growth opportunities
