Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Automobile Sales Executive located in Chennai. The role involves interacting with customers to understand their needs, explaining car features and specifications, and guiding them in selecting suitable vehicles. The Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting test drives, preparing sales documentation, achieving sales targets, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of automobiles, including features, technology, and performance specifications
Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and close sales deals
Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Experience in automobile sales or a related field is an advantage
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred
Fluency in relevant local languages (e.g., Tamil) is a plus
