Key Responsibilities

• Participate as part of an Agile/Scrum feature team of 5–7 members, collaborating with developers, testers, Test Leads, and Product Managers.
• Plan and execute end-to-end test activities including test script development, execution, and defect management.
• Design and develop test strategy, test plan, test scripts, test data, and expected results for Product, Integration, Technical, and Deployment testing.
• Execute detailed functional test cases for complex requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize test delivery.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and subordinates, both verbally and in writing.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure quality deliverables within timelines.
• Ensure test delivery compliance with Shell standard tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Python – 7+ years in QA automation
• Selenium BDD framework – 4+ years
• QA Automation for Web Applications, Web Services, and REST APIs
• SDLC & Manual Testing
• Test case design, execution, and automation scripting
• BDD & Specflow / Python Behave
• Automation & Quality Engineering tools and methodologies

• SQL
• Salesforce
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
