Application Lead – UiPath Test Automation

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  design, build, and configuration

  of automation solutions
• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for UiPath Test Automation initiatives
• Plan, design, and implement

  UiPath Test Automation frameworks and solutions

• Serve as an

  SME in UiPath Test Automation

• Lead and manage teams for

  UiPath Test Automation implementation and delivery

• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure milestones are met and risks are addressed
• Communicate effectively with

  clients and stakeholders

  across teams
• Analyze automation challenges and provide

  effective, scalable solutions

• Monitor project progress, prepare and share

  daily/periodic status reports

• Facilitate

  training and skill development

  for team members
• Drive

  continuous improvement

  and best practices in automation delivery

🎯 Required Skills & Expertise

• Must-have experience in

  UiPath Test Automation development and testing

• Strong knowledge of

  test automation frameworks and tools

• Hands-on experience with

  CI/CD practices

• Proficiency in

  scripting languages for test automation

• Strong understanding of

  functional testing processes

• Ability to analyze, interpret, and present

  test results with actionable insights

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Minimum

  3 years of UiPath Test Automation

  experience
• Overall

  7+ years of experience

  in Testing / Automation domain
