Location - Noida, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad & Pune. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Infrastructure Services Automation Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge automation and AIOps solutions. About the Role This role involves leveraging AI, cloud technologies, and integration frameworks to enhance IT operations, scalability, and resilience. Responsibilities Lead Automation Initiatives: Develop and implement advanced automation strategies using AIOps, Terraform, and Ansible to enhance IT operations and efficiency. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and deploy scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions using Terraform. Configuration Management: Utilize Ansible for configuration management, application deployment, and task automation. Cloud Integration: Design and deploy hybrid cloud solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, VMware, Azure Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and drive efficiency using automation tools and frameworks. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver innovative solutions. Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence in automation best practices. Qualifications Experience: Extensive experience in AIOps, automation, and IT infrastructure. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage automation projects and teams. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Required Skills Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
