Job Description

Overview UFT Automation Lead

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

UFT (Unified Functional Testing) .Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts for regression and functional testing.Collaborate with QA teams, business analysts, and developers to define test automation strategy.Review and optimize automation frameworks for scalability and performance.HP ALM / Quality Center .Mentor and guide junior automation engineers.Ensure alignment with SDLC and agile best practices.QualificationsBtech or BE ITEssential skillsUFT/QTP .VBScript , UFT frameworks (keyword-driven, data-driven, hybrid).HP ALM ,Jenkins , or other CI/CD tools.test automation lifecycle , object identification, and synchronization techniques.ExperiencePreferred Experience:7+ years in test automation, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent communication and coordination skills.
