Job Title: Automation Lead Experience Level: 10+ years of total experience, with 4–6 years in automation and RPA leadership roles About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Automation Led to drive the execution of automation initiatives across business units. This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of automation projects using platforms like Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or UiPath. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and a passion for process improvement through intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation projects, from requirement gathering to deployment and support. Manage and mentor a team of RPA developers and analysts. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define project scope. Design and review automation workflows to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance. Ensure adherence to automation governance, coding standards, and best practices. Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot complex automation issues. Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer across teams. Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance automation capabilities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in RPA/automation leadership roles. Hands-on experience with at least one RPA platform: Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or UiPath. Strong understanding of business process management and automation lifecycle. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions. Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, Automation Anywhere Master RPA Professional). Experience with AI/ML integration in automation workflows. Familiarity with process mining tools and analytics platforms. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API integrations. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
