Automation Executive

We are seeking an Automation Executive to build, maintain, and enhance our internal business processes using Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Apps Script. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and business efficiency.

• Automation Development:

   Build and maintain robust, scalable automations using 

  Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Apps Script

  .

• Workflow Digitisation:

   Convert manual approval, tracking, and reporting workflows into efficient, digitised systems.

• Maintenance & Debugging:

   Regularly maintain, update, and debug existing templates and automated modules to ensure seamless operation.

• Integration Support:

   Assist in integrating new modules and features into existing systems under the guidance of the Business Analyst.

• User Support & Documentation:

   Provide technical support to end-users and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automated solutions.

• Qualification:

   Graduate, B.Tech, or MCA.

• Experience:

   Previous experience or strong foundational knowledge in building solutions using Google Sheets and Apps Script is highly preferred.

• Key Skills:

• Google Sheets

   (Advanced formulas, data validation, pivot tables).

• Google Forms

   (Design and integration).

• Scripting Logic

   (Ability to understand and write basic programming/scripting logic, preferably in JavaScript/Google Apps Script).

• Documentation

   (Excellent communication and technical writing skills).

• Mindset:

   Proactive, analytical, and a strong commitment to quality and process improvement.
