Job Description

We’re Hiring: Senior Test Automation Engineer | Pune | AVP Level

Senior Test Automation Engineer

What You'll Do:

Design and implement cutting-edge test strategies across UI, API, and database layers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage
Build robust automated testing pipelines integrated with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
Execute performance, security, and functional testing using tools like
JMeter, Postman, Selenium, REST-assured
Leverage tools like
Cucumber, JUnit/TestNG, and SQL
for reliable automation scripting and validation
Champion quality assurance practices and foster a culture of excellence, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
Stay ahead of the curve by contributing to internal tech forums and adopting emerging QA technologies

You Bring:

5-13 years of hands-on experience in test automation, with strong proficiency in Java/Python-based frameworks
Solid grasp on test methodologies including
BDD
,
data-driven testing
, and
API validations
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerized testing with
Docker
, and test virtualization
Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and an eye for detail
