We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with 7-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions that enhance our software development processes, improve efficiency, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation frameworks for testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve processes.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts and tools.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in automation engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, Jenkins, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
