Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Improve automation breakdown processes.
Maintain plant machinery to keep it running smoothly.
Follow daily maintenance work practices on the shop floor.
Conduct risk assessments and address non-conformities.
Maintain automated production lines.
Program and troubleshoot PLC systems (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Micrologic).
Support with instrumentation tasks and troubleshooting.
Maintaining SAP reports and necessary documentation.
Handing of Robots & Basic teaching experience for the same.
Handling of workforce and man management skill.

Required Skills:

PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Micrologic).
Experience with servo systems.
Knowledge of Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB).
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Experience & Qualifications:

Education: B. Tech
Experience: Must have 3-4 years of experience of operating in Automated Lines.
