Technical Team Member

No prior experience with these tools is required — just strong technical fundamentals and the drive to learn fast.

You will get to:

• Build automation workflows using

  n8n, Make, Zapier

  , and similar tools
• Create

  AI agents

  and autonomous systems using no/low-code platforms
• Design and implement

  ClickUp workspaces

  for end-to-end business operations
• Integrate tools using

  APIs, webhooks, and databases

• Develop AI-powered solutions for

  marketing, sales, customer support, and operations

• Research and test new automation + AI platforms, and present demos
• Prototype solutions before client rollout
• Build

  RAG systems

  , implement vector databases, and work with

  LangChain/LangGraph

• Document workflows and create SOPs for client handoff
• Support clients during onboarding and troubleshooting
• Work directly with the founder to validate and build technical solutions

An ideal candidate is:

• Strong in programming fundamentals (

  Python, JavaScript, Java

  or similar)
• Comfortable understanding APIs, webhooks, and data flows
• A problem-solver who reads documentation and figures things out independently
• Self-driven and comfortable in a

  fast-paced startup environment

• Excited to learn no/low-code platforms quickly
• Responsible, disciplined, and ready to be an early team member
• Curious about how businesses operate and how technology solves real problems

• Experience:

  0–1 years (Fresh graduates welcome)

Compensation:

Fixed (2.5 to 3 LPA) + Variable (performance basis)
