#LI_Onsite Perficient India is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in automation technologies to join our growing Digital Automation practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with platforms such as ServiceNow, Pega, UiPath, Blue Prism, and Appian , and will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to define, document, and deliver intelligent automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation. Required Skills Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT or automation domain. Proven experience working with at least two of the following platforms: ServiceNow, Pega, UiPath, Blue Prism, Appian . Strong understanding of business process modeling , workflow automation , and digital transformation concepts. Experience in eliciting requirements , writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories , and managing backlogs . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills . Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or platform-specific certifications (e.g., UiPath BA, Pega BA). Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation , process mining , or low-code/no-code platforms . Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or insurance. Knowledge of data privacy, compliance , and governance frameworks in automation. Key Responsibilities: Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for automation initiatives. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows . Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of automation solutions with business goals. Conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities and recommend suitable platforms (e.g., RPA, BPM, ITSM). Support the design and validation of automation workflows, integrations, and user interfaces. Facilitate workshops, demos, and UAT sessions with stakeholders and end-users. Maintain a strong understanding of automation trends, tools, and best practices . Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
