Audit Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Audit & Compliance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have cleared CA Intermediate or possess relevant experience in audit, taxation, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits for clients across various industries
• Assist in GST return preparation, reconciliation, and filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
• Handle income tax return filings for individuals, firms, and companies
• Ensure TDS/TCS compliance and timely filings (24Q, 26Q, etc.)
• Assist in ROC filings and company law compliance under the Companies Act
• Review and verify financial documents, ledgers, and accounting systems
• Identify non-compliances and suggest appropriate corrective measures
• Coordinate with clients and resolve queries related to taxation and compliance
• Maintain proper documentation and working papers for audit and assessments

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• CA Intermediate (Both Groups or at least Group I cleared)
• OR Graduate with 2–4 years of relevant experience in audit/taxation/compliance
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and tax laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software
• Knowledge of online portals like GST, Income Tax, MCA, and TRACES
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Articleship completed from a CA firm with exposure to audit and taxation
• Experience with tax planning and assessment proceedings
• Familiarity with new tax regimes and amendments (including 2023-24 updates)
• Prior experience with quality checks of audit files or review mechanisms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
