Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audit Manager, located in Kochi. The Audit Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial audits, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role involves conducting thorough financial analysis and providing insights to improve financial management practices. The Audit Manager will also mentor junior staff and ensure the timely completion of audit projects.

Qualifications

Strong experience with Financial Statements and Accounting
Proficient in conducting Financial Audits
Excellent Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and mentor a team
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred
Experience in startup consultancy is a plus
