As an Associate at the firm, you will play a crucial role in performing Audits under a remote service delivery model. Your responsibilities will include closely following the Grant Thornton Audit approach, methodology, and tools while collaborating with team members under the supervision of the Engagement Lead. In addition to your execution role, you will be engaged in client communication and providing on-the-job training for junior team members. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Grant Thornton audit approach, methodology, and tools. - Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of auditing principles and display an aptitude for technical accounting. - Execute various components of audits under the remote service delivery model efficiently and effectively. - Gain insight into client operations, processes, and business objectives. - Utilize knowledge during engagements to deliver high-quality service to clients. - Exhibit flexibility and agility in client interactions and service delivery. - Follow instructions from seniors and provide guidance to Analysts. - Be involved in on-the-job training and coaching sessions for Analysts and new Associates. - Anticipate project issues and resolve them in a timely manner. - Interact with the US team via Skype calls to enhance relationships and ensure effective communication channels. - Attend professional development and training sessions regularly to enhance skills and knowledge in the field. To be considered for this role, you should be CA/CPA qualified with either 3 years of article ship experience or 1 year of Audit experience.
