As an Associate at our firm, you will play a crucial role in performing Audit under a remote service delivery model. Your responsibilities will include closely following the Grant Thornton Audit approach, methodology, and tools while collaborating with team members under the supervision of the Engagement Lead. In addition to your execution role, you will be engaged in client communication and providing on-the-job training for junior team members. You will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Grant Thornton audit approach, methodology, and tools. It is essential to demonstrate a solid working knowledge of auditing principles and display an aptitude for technical accounting. Your role will involve executing various components of audits under the remote service delivery model efficiently and effectively. Furthermore, gaining insight into client operations, processes, and business objectives will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Utilizing this knowledge during engagements to deliver high-quality service to clients is imperative. As an Associate, you should exhibit flexibility and agility in your client interactions and service delivery. Collaboration and communication are vital in our work environment. Therefore, following instructions from seniors and providing guidance to Analysts will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be involved in on-the-job training and coaching sessions for Analysts and new Associates. Anticipating project issues and resolving them in a timely manner is crucial for successful project delivery. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to interact with the US team via Skype calls to enhance relationships and ensure effective communication channels. Attending professional development and training sessions regularly is encouraged to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field. To be considered for this role, you should be CA/CPA qualified with either 3 years of article ship experience or 1 year of Audit experience.
