What You’ll Do Being part of the Audit team, ensure an effective control environment and compliance with financial policies, focusing on the quality of financial deliverables and audit work. Be the first contact of audit team to external auditor and GFA Pune to provide day-to-day compliance audit support. Ensure compliance with Eaton’s Financial Policies, US GAAP, Local GAAP, possess a good knowledge and experience of financial accounting and reporting standards US GAAP and India GAAP Plan, manage, monitor, and improve audit work with GFA teams, site controllers and external auditors Maintain a thorough understanding of financial reporting and processes for RTR, OTC, and PTP activities, focusing on improving the quality of accounting deliverables and adherence to compliance and controls. Implement and drive a Zero-defect audit culture. Support Component Audit and Centralized Audit for Eaton global sites to external auditor Track audit progress and plans to execute improvements, drive efficiencies and innovation. To perform and enhance reporting responsibilities meeting and exceeding the customer expectations by building strong business acumen and driving a culture of quality and automation where creativity and innovation is a process. Identify and share/implement the best practices and improve the process. Perform additional activities as assigned. Build scalable and capable organization to deliver quality services. Qualifications Accounting Degree - CA with required experience of 2-3 years into CA firm Skills Understanding of accounts, audit and financial process Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills. Proficient with MS Excel and reporting tools Good experience of SAP & Oracle R12 Demonstrate problem solving skills and flexible to adopt new changes / learnings / skills Multi-task handling skills and self-motivated, can work independently ]]> Show more Show less
