Assurance Technology Consultant

Job Title: Solution Architect Department: IT/Technology/Consulting Job Purpose: To design and develop scalable, robust, and reusable architectural solutions that address complex business challenges. The Solution Architect collaborates with stakeholders to ensure the technical integrity, performance, and long-term sustainability of IT systems and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Architect custom solutions for projects, programs, or operational needs. Design and develop reusable architecture frameworks and solutions for future use. Adapt and customize reusable solutions for specific project or program requirements. Capture, document, and share architectural best practices, intellectual property (IP), and standards within and beyond the organization. Oversee the implementation and enforce governance of architectural standards across projects and programs. Actively contribute to the architect community within the company, sharing knowledge and driving innovation. Develop long-term, technically feasible IT strategies aligned with client business goals. Assess the business impact of emerging technologies, tools, and strategies. Identify technical and operational risks early in project lifecycles and propose mitigation plans. Provide input and technical review for medium to large business unit-level projects. Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and timelines. Deliver impactful sales presentations and solution pitches at CXO levels, including CEO, CIO, and other executive stakeholders, for medium to large opportunities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture, IT consulting, or technical leadership roles. Proven experience designing end-to-end enterprise or solution architectures. Skills & Competencies: Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and design patterns. Proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), microservices, APIs, and integration patterns. Experience with application development, databases, infrastructure, and security design. Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern delivery methodologies. Business & Leadership Skills: Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Strong risk assessment and mitigation planning skills. Excellent presentation skills with experience presenting to executive leadership (CEO, CIO, etc.). Experience supporting pre-sales, including crafting solution proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
