Educational Background

● Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics )

Duties & Responsibilities

● The CS engineer performs the major function listed below. The position may

require additional duties/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and

specific functions are subject to change

● Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated

equipment

● Planning and managing calls for self & regional engineer

● Performing Installation / operational / performance qualification

● Completing Preventive Maintenance and break down visits

● Performing re-calibration / re-validations

● Resolving under warranty complaints in stipulated time frame

● Under warranty spares replacement and submission of faulty for further QC

analysis

● Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining

customer service logs and internal service records in timely manner.

● Maintaining daily communications with customer to ensure resolution and

proper follow up

● Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly

calibrated

JOB DESCRIPTION

● Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues

● Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts,

contract renewals and system sales

● Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to

all accounts within assigned area

● AMC/CMC, upgradation promotions & execution

● The ability to carry a toolbox

Required Knowledge & Abilities

● Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external

customers as part of a solution based service process

● Experience diagnosing and repairing Electronic equipment / Medical Analytical

equipment

● Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns

● Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their jobs

● Proficient level of computer skills including MS word, Ms Excel etc

● Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to

communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner

● Ability to work in developing, self -directed, entrepreneurial environment

● Resourceful, with the ability to work independently

● Ability to manage techno-commercial cases

● Strong time management skill

● Ability to adapt to changing circumstances

● Decision making, problem resolution and creative thinking skill

● Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities. Also to work

productively in a pressurized environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
