Asst. Sales Manager/ Sales Executive

As an Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Executive at The Ocean Pearl Hotels Private Limited in Mangaluru, Karnataka, your role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, achieving sales targets, planning local marketing initiatives, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities (corporate, travel agents, MICE). - Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and promotional strategies. - Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking. - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experience. Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in hotel sales or related hospitality sectors. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Kannada will be a plus. - A self-starter with a customer-first approach and strong local market knowledge.
