As a part of one of Mangaluru's leading hospitality brands, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales operations and boosting revenue growth for our hotel properties. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities among corporate clients, travel agents, and MICE segments. You will also be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction, meeting monthly and yearly sales targets, devising and implementing local marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the operations team to guarantee a seamless guest experience. We are seeking a candidate who is a graduate with at least 4 years of experience in hotel sales or related sectors within the hospitality industry. You should possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, and knowledge of Kannada would be an added advantage.
