Job Description

Position: AM/DM – Ops

Organization: Youth4Jobs Foundation

Location: Mumbai (with travel across program locations)

Role Summary

The AM/DM – Support and lead implementation of youth skilling and employment programs for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). The role involves managing teams across locations, ensuring program delivery, funder reporting, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), and building strong stakeholder partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee end-to-end program implementation including mobilization, training, and placements.

· Manage and mentor, multi-location teams to achieve project deliverables.

· Prepare and submit funder/CSR reports and ensure donor compliance.

· Monitor program progress through M&E frameworks, MIS.

· Build relationships with employers, CSR partners, government agencies, and NGOs.

· Identify job opportunities and coordinate wage and self-employment placements.

· Organize job fairs, placement drives, and employer connect events.

· Support budget tracking and optimal utilization of resources.

Qualifications & Experience

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Management, Development Studies, or related fields.

· 5–8 years of experience in NGO/CSR/skilling or livelihood programs.

· Strong experience in team management, donor reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

· Willingness to travel across program locations.
