Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Business development

Searching and finding out new jobs from the existing client /consultant base resources, new paper advertisements and applying for prequalification
Coordination in preparation of the prequalification documents.
Coordination with the client for prequalification as a contractor.
Preparation the project /client specific company presentation and providing presentation to the client.

Contracts & tendering

Preparation of the tender data sheet and other tender enclosures.
Attending pre and post bid meetings.
Floating tender enquiry to get the market prices of the materials and negotiations.
Deriving the item rates for tender submission.
Timely submission of the tender.
Attending negotiation meetings and providing data to seniors for negotiations.
Coordination with the clients regarding tender, negotiation, award of job, agreement papers and finalization of contract document etc

General Responsibilities

Pre and post award interaction with client
Preparation of budget cost of the project
Preparing tendering and marketing report
Preparing purchase reports

Additional Skill Required:

Good knowledge of MSP, AutoCAD, Power Point, MS excel and MS word

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with relevant experience in Civil Engineering Industry with contracting companies preferred.
