Job Description

1) Getting the targeted sales from respective area with appropriate product mix and material cost benchmark.
2) Collection as per plan and ensuring zero bad debts.3) Generating new targeted customers for our product and services4) Retaining existing customers, dealing with them on day-to-day basis and solving their problems.5) Delegating the work to the branch office engineers and support staff, monitoring their performance,and getting the things done.6) Co-coordinating with H.O for contract review, tenders, dispatch, payment collection, sales customer complaints and providing the solutions.7) Helping other Branch Managers / Product Managers to develop the business / to solve the problems as and when required by them.8) Generating the service business and achieving targeted revenue.9) Scanning the market environment, competitors, their strategies and tactics, new products and technology trends and providing the information to H.O.10) Suggesting the emerging market and opportunities for new product / services to utilize the strength of Amtech for new product and market development.11) Costs control-running the operations within the budget and at minimum cost without effecting efficiency and effectiveness.12) Building and enhancing the corporate brand image of the company by assuring good experience to the customer, helping in advertisement, exhibition, newsletter list and up gradation, arranging and delivering seminars / presentations etc.13)Helping the management in evaluation and appraisal of the subordinates, their training and retention.14) Reporting to H.O regularly as per requirement (formally & informally)15) Implementing and maintaining policies / systems and discipline by himself and subordinates.16) Identifying the training requirements of their sub-ordinates and getting them trained through training Manager in-house and outside.17) Managing the information / documentation in order and up-to-date and sharing the same with required executives / departments.18) Providing feedback and suggestions to the H.O.19) To carry out any specific task in time assigned by the superior.20) Completing the important and urgent jobs on the same day without any working day time limitations.
